Customer Value / RFM Matrix is a function in a CDP that is used to segments to classify even better. Customer value is an important parameter for a campaign. The more a customer has to spend, but also regularly does so at your company, the more it is worth to your company. The investment in such a customer can therefore be higher than in a customer that represents little value. An RFM Matrix graphically shows which customers are most important.
